To get Non-hosted Fully Approved Adsense Account Follow below steps

Create a Blog with blogger with your Gmail Account if you don't have Gmail account,create a Gmail Account first.

Now Buy a top level domain name same as your blogspot blog like https://www.techtipsguru.com. I prefer .Com domain you can buy .org, .net, .in etc.

Configure your custom domain for blogspot blog. If you don't know,then watch this video;

After setting up your custom domain, now you have a complete blog or website in Blogger. Now Add content in your blog. I suggest 3 post daily and after a week 21 posts.Try to publish 30 posts in these 10 days i.e You will have to publish 3 posts in each day.

Hosted adsense account is generally approved through Youtube channel and blogger(without a custom domain). This type adsense is approved within 2 days. Hosted Adsense ads appear on only Google hosted product like YouTube, Blogger blog and other products.

Hosted Adsense Account don't show ads on your own hosted sites i.e when you purchase your own hosting plan and host your site yourself then hosted adsense will not work..

Non-Hosted Adsense Account is fully approved Adsense Account and it shows ads on any sites which compatible with google terms.
